Dashboard User Guide
Aitium provides a suite of analytics dashboards powered by your Amazon marketplace data. This guide covers each view and how to get the most out of your reports.
Navigation
Use the sidebar to navigate between views. Features are organized into logical groups: Reports, Inventory, Forecasts, and Account Management. The sidebar highlights your current page and provides quick access to all major features.
Sales Reports
The Sales Report dashboard displays revenue, units sold, and order metrics across your catalog.
- Date Range Selection — Filter data by custom date ranges to focus on specific periods.
- Marketplace Filter — View data for specific marketplaces (US, UK, DE, JP, etc.).
- ASIN-Level Detail — Drill down into individual product performance with per-ASIN breakdowns.
- Trend Visualization — Interactive charts show sales trends over time.
Sales data is ingested via the Amazon DataKiosk API and stored in Amazon S3. Daily rolling updates ensure your reports reflect the most recent activity.
Traffic Reports
Traffic Reports show how customers find and interact with your listings.
- Session Metrics — Total sessions, page views, and page views per session.
- ASIN Breakdown — Identify which products drive the most traffic.
- Trend Analysis — Visualize traffic patterns over time to spot seasonal trends or the impact of promotions.
Conversion Reports
Conversion Reports combine sales and traffic data to calculate your unit session percentage (conversion rate).
- Conversion Rate — Units ordered divided by sessions, expressed as a percentage.
- ASIN Comparison — Compare conversion rates across products to identify optimization opportunities.
- Trend Visualization — Track how conversion rates change over time and correlate with listing changes.
Corporate Analytics (Amazon Business / B2B)
For sellers with Amazon Business (B2B) sales, the Corporate Analytics report provides dedicated insights:
- B2B Sales Metrics — Revenue and units from business buyers, separated from consumer sales.
- Buyer Intelligence — Insights into corporate purchasing patterns and repeat buyer behavior.
- Corporate Conversion Advantage — Compare B2B vs. B2C conversion rates to understand the value of your business customer segment.
B2B data is processed through a dedicated AWS Step Functions state machine and buyer data is collected via the SP-API Orders API.
Inventory
The Inventory view shows current stock levels and historical inventory trends.
- FBA Inventory — Fulfillment by Amazon stock levels, collected via direct SP-API calls with pagination support.
- MFN Inventory — Merchant Fulfilled Network listings, collected via the
GET_MERCHANT_LISTINGS_ALL_DATASP-API report type. - Historical Tracking — Daily inventory snapshots stored as time-series data in Amazon S3, enabling trend analysis.
- ASIN Details — Click any product to view detailed inventory information in the ASIN table modal.
Products
The Products page provides a catalog view of all your Amazon listings with key performance metrics at a glance.
Data Freshness
Aitium refreshes data daily via an Amazon EventBridge scheduled rule. This creates rolling 30-day data refresh jobs for sales and traffic, and daily jobs for buyer intelligence. Data typically reflects the previous day’s activity.
Tips
- Use date range filters to focus on specific periods and reduce visual clutter.
- Compare ASIN-level data to identify top-performing and underperforming products.
- Check the Inventory view before launching forecasts to ensure stock data is current.
- Use the Corporate Analytics view if you sell on Amazon Business to understand B2B trends.
- Bookmark frequently used report configurations for quick access.
